Adams & Martin Group is seeking a Litigation Paralegal to join a busy firm in Downtown Minneapolis. This is a direct hire opportunity with an hybrid work model (3x per week onsite).
The Paralegal's responsibilities include:
- Support attorneys and legal teams with case management and litigation-related matters.
- Manage large volumes of documents and maintain organized case files.
- Assist with the preparation of legal documents, filings, exhibits, and presentation materials.
- Coordinate activities related to hearings, depositions, trials, and other legal proceedings.
- Utilize legal technology and case management systems to support workflow efficiency.
- Assist with information gathering, document review, and production processes.
- Conduct legal research and perform citation and document verification as needed.
- Demonstrate strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Effectively prioritize multiple assignments and manage competing deadlines.
- Collaborate in a team-oriented environment while working independently when appropriate.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Legal Studies, Paralegal Studies, or related field preferred.
- 2+ years of experience as a paralegal supporting attorneys in complex litigation.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and experience with document management systems.
- Relativity experience preferred.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
